    • Product, packaging and labelling compliance including use of a food additive
  • HR & Employment:
    • Employment contracts
  • Marketing:

Impact of our work

The client was able to set-up their WFOE in a way which delivered their commercial strategy. In particular, the structure enabled the hiring of senior talents. Specifically, a highly respected e-commerce director. They were also able to hold the necessary licence to onshore their e-commerce business.

With ongoing support, the client is delivering its commercial ambitions and growth in the Chinese market.
