Doug Clark joined Rouse at the start of the year as our Global Head of Dispute Resolution. He is a patent litigation expert with over 25 years’ IP litigation and commercial law experience in China and is now based between our Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices.

Doug has conducted seminars on a wide range of IP topics over the years and has been looking forward to speaking with many Rouse clients since joining.
