Biography
Anette graduated from Lund Institute of Technology in 1984, she started her IP career as a patent engineer at Mölnlycke AB, presently SCA Hygiene Products AB, where she was employed until 1996. During her time at Mölnlycke AB, Anette spent two years working in Pennsylvania, USA and had the opportunity to closely study and experience the American patent system. Anette’s previous employment was at another Swedish IP Firm, where she worked as a European Patent Attorney. Anette specializes in absorption technology, paper technology, polymers, adhesives, fibres, medical technology, and packaging technology. She is very experienced in opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office and works with IP counseling, preparation of freedom-to-operate analyses and infringement opinions, as well as patentability evaluations and drafting and prosecution of patent applications worldwide.
