Biography
Anna is an associate based in our Stockholm office.
Anna has over 10 years’ professional experience from advising both private and publicly held Swedish and international clients within Swedish corporate law and IP rights management.
Her experience ranges from contract negotiations and corporate legal advise to complex international reorganization and restructuring projects.
Anna also has experience from advising national and international organizations on IP rights issues, at both a strategic and executional level, such as safeguarding ownership and/or control of rights, through e.g. licensing, acquisitions, intra-group transactions, or forming of other legal instruments.
In line with the lately increasing demand for legal advisory services related to social media marketing, Anna has also expanded her expertise to cover marketing law, specifically oriented towards social media.
