Biography
Anushka is a Consultant at Rouse and specialises in working on Government IP Projects, providing local IP expertise in South East Asia combined with project management capabilities. Anushka also advices on IP enforcement matters, both civil and criminal, and anti-counterfeiting/brand protection.
Anushka is an Indian qualified lawyer and started her career as a judicial research assistant at the Supreme Court of India and the National Green Tribunal of India. Then she moved into the corporate space as an in-house counsel with ICICI Lombard and Bharti Infratel Ltd., where was drafting and negotiating contracts and also managing litigation and dispute resolution.
