Jacqueline is a Principal Consultant in the Dubai office.

Jacqueline has approaching twenty years’ experience as a legal advisor in intellectual property and commercial environments, both in private practice and in-house roles. Areas of expertise include: IP; commercial; media; marketing, advertising and digital law; sponsorship; hospitality; technology; transactions and dispute resolution. She has advised internal business teams extensively on the identification, capture, management and exploitation of intellectual property assets and now works closely with Sara Holder to develop Rouse’s IP Strategy and Innovation and IP Asset Strategy consultancy services in the UAE. She has practised in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and Dubai.

Jacqueline qualified at a magic circle law firm practising in London/Hong Kong then moved to a top 3 ranked Australian law firm in Sydney prior to moving in-house. In Australia Jacqueline was responsible for driving legal strategy for and protection of one of Australia’s top 10 domestic brands and advised a top 100 Forbes Global 2000 company on the rapidly developing intellectual property landscape impacting its technology, security, banking and financial products. In the UAE she developed and implemented a comprehensive IP Strategy at a major Dubai owned business with global interests.
