Biography
Jing Wang-Winter is a business developer and innovation manager with more than 25 years experience. Her current role is developing the Consultancy business and establishing networks through collaboration with key partners, creating initiatives and developing new consultancy services suit for strategic IP-based value chain expansion.
Prior to joining Rouse she worked at Bosch, Continental, Federal Mogul and TRW - a top tier automotive parts and system suppliers as head of product, marketing and divisional general manager. Her responsibilities focused on product and service innovations, sustainable growth in Chinese and Asian markets.
Jing's expertise ranges from market entry, M&A, innovation management, organizational development including localization of R&D, process re-engineering, strategic planning and execution. Her experience both in China and Germany enables a combined global mind-set with local execution capability. She brings IP together with business, in designing IP right capabilities phased to company development, trade secret management systems for example.
Jing has a keen interest in the development of electronics, automotive, high-tech manufacturing, and medical devices, fast-growing AI applications and IoT.
