Li Joanne is a Principal and the Head of Human Resource in China.
Joanne has an excellent understanding of business operation requirements and commercial objectives. As an HR business partner, Joanne works very closely with other departments to provide an information resource for both employees and senior management. Areas include employment law, working conditions, equal opportunities, recruitment, training and development, remuneration reviews, staff welfare, and counseling. Joanne engages with company lawyers and labor agencies, as well as other directors and board members.
Joanne has over ten years' experience in her HR role with responsibilities covering planning and budgeting, recruitment and selection management, compensation and benefit, people development, performance management, employee relationships. Joanne has built a passionate and effective HR team in China which has created success for the business through positive human resource outcomes.
