Linda is a Principal and the Deputy CEO of Rouse.

Qualified under the PRC law system, she is a legal IP expert and strategist with expertise in solving complex IP problems.  She navigates her clients through interwoven IP complexities and assists them with avoiding ’nightmare' scenarios which often make the headline news. 

From 2010 until 2022, Linda was General Manager of Rouse’s business in China.

Linda has been a panellist of WIPO’s UDRP since 2006. She is  considered to be an effective, fair, and natural negotiator.
