Michelle is an enforcement Consultant based in our Guangzhou office.

Michelle is specialises in trade mark disputes-related negotiations, and has over eight years of experience in the IP field. She is an expert of trade mark procedures and IP enforcement actions in China.

With a deep understanding of the western culture, Michelle always tailors her proposals to cater to the needs and concerns of overseas clients.

Her most recent projects include:

• Advised a leading British home care brand on IP portfolio management, enforcement and dispute resolution; and
• Advised a renown IT brand on enforcement strategy, drafted and sent warning letters to infringers, closely followed up and successfully reached more than a hundred undertakings or settlements.

• Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies

• CATTI Level 2 translator and interpreter.
