Biography
Nikolay is an associate in the Moscow office specialising in trade mark enforcement and litigation.
Before joining Rouse, for almost three years Nikolay worked in Russian IP private practices, which represent one of the largest sportswear manufacturers, well-known automobile companies, and biggest spirits brands. He was responsible for implementing anti-counterfeit programmes and dealt with trade mark enforcement, domain names disputes, advertising and other IP issues.
