Biography
Norasak is a Trade Mark Attorney and Business Development Specialist in our Thailand office.
Norasak brings over a decade of expertise in advising clients on trade mark prosecution matters. Prior to joining Rouse, he developed his passion for intellectual property at one of Thailand's leading boutique IP law firms, where he spent three years honing his skills. At Rouse, he has expanded his responsibilities to include a role in Business Development.
In his primary focus on trade mark law, Norasak provides comprehensive guidance to clients on all aspects of trade mark strategy. This includes conducting clearance searches, offering pre-filing advice, and addressing trademark refusals for both national applications and international registrations under the Madrid System. He also assists local clients in securing trade mark protection abroad, utilising both national filings and the Madrid System. His collaborative approach involves working closely with clients' marketing teams to develop and advise on trade marks for new global product launches, ensuring successful registration across multiple jurisdictions, including those not covered by the Madrid System.
