Biography
Palace has extensive experience in working with overseas high-tech startups and SMEs coming into China. She provided consultancy services ranging from market entry strategy, partnership development, deal structure and negotiation, technology transfer, fund raising, and advice on government innovation policy in China.
Prior to Rouse, Palace served as the Deputy General Manager of Industry Planning Dept. at Yitian Emerging Industry Group, and the General Manager of UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. which is an overseas research and innovation company of University of Central Lancashire in the U.K. She is familiar with university cross-border research and innovation collaboration models, such as spin-out, JV, licensing, bi-lateral incubator/innovation centre, and government programs focusing on cross-border collaboration in research and innovation.
