Biography
Supichaya is an Associate in the Thailand office.
Supichaya is an Associate in our Thai Dispute Resolution Team. She holds two LLMs from both University of Edinburgh, Scotland and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.
She has represented both national and international clients and advised on and managed offline and online anti-counterfeiting programmes and coordination with enforcement authorities in raid actions and other enforcement measures. She also oversees cease and desist letters and negotiations with infringers to seek amicable resolutions.
Her non-contentious experience includes reviewing, vetting, and providing advice in relation to advertising content and IP due diligence.
Before joining Rouse in 2017, Supichaya worked as a legal analyst for a database firm based in Brussels and is skilled in recognizing trends in enforcement and litigation in Thailand.
