Tue is a qualified IP agent before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. She manages large trade mark portfolios, provides strategic advice on filing and trade mark protection for multinational companies in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

She has been practicing intellectual property for more than ten years. She assisted clients in various industries, including electronics, entertainment, IT, food & beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals in many successful appeal cases. Tue focuses on trademarks (both non-contentious and contentious) but also expanded her practice to registration of industrial designs and copyrights. Tue is also experienced in advising on matters relating to unfair competition, dilution, and copyright protection.
