Ya Wen is a Senior Trade Mark Attorney based in our Beijing office.

Ya has been practicing Intellectual Property law for over 16 years advising multi-national companies on the management of their IP portfolios, audits, devising and implementing protection strategies, IP transactions, IP due diligence, evaluating and mitigating infringement risks.

Before joining Rouse, Ya worked for a well-respected US law firm advising on trade mark prosecution and enforcement for both domestic and international matters, a full-service Chinese law firm and a local IP firm with a focus on trade mark prosecution.

Ya has represented international clients in a diverse range of industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, gaming, movie, food and beverage, chemical, mechanical, education, publishing, real estate, hotel and retail services.
