Update on Myanmar Operations - 11 April 2025
The Intellectual Property Department has resumed its operations
The Myanmar Intellectual Property Department (IPD) has resumed its operations. The e-filing system is now fully operational. The journals for publication related to opposition and registration for the month of April have been released.
According to the IPD, any deadlines concerning office actions, registration fee payments, and oppositions that fall between March 28, 2025, and April 7, 2025, can be submitted by April 18, 2025.
