Germany is one of Europe’s leading economic and creative powerhouses, with a long track record of global innovation and many renowned brands and technological breakthroughs. In recent years, it has also become a hub for UPC litigation, hosting 75% of all infringement actions—led by Munich, where Rouse is based. 

We opened in Germany in 2026 to advise on EUIPO and EPO filings. A patent and law firm will be established before the end of the year which will allow us to represent clients at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, along with the provision of German litigation services.
