Germany is one of Europe’s leading economic and creative powerhouses, with a long track record of global innovation and many renowned brands and technological breakthroughs. In recent years, it has also become a hub for UPC litigation, hosting 75% of all infringement actions—led by Munich, where Rouse is based. 

We opened in Germany in 2026 to advise on EUIPO and EPO filings. In time, we’ll also support matters before the German Patent Office and the German courts.
