On 11 June, Rouse, Lusheng Law Firm, and Arnold & Siedsma co-hosted the Shenzhen Tech IP Gathering at the St. Regis Shenzhen Bao'an. The event brought together the in-house counsels from the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). Amanda Yang moderated the event, with speakers including Gerwald Verdijck, Eddie Wang, Landy Jiang, Huy Nguyen, Michiel Rijsdijk, Liping Xu, and Sophia Hou. The topics covered building a high-impact EU portfolio (with a focus on earlier certainty and stronger opposition positioning), global patent planning, EU–China litigation comparisons, Vietnam patent civil litigation, trade secret litigation and administrative patent enforcement in China. James Godefroy, Adelaide Yu, and Theresa Mak also attended the event.
